About the Role

Integrated Planning enable strategic alignment, operating excellence, and informed decision making across Global Business Services to drive priorities, actionable insights and empower impactful business outcomes.

What We Do:

  • Portfolio Management: End-to-end visibility and governance of GBS plans and transformation initiatives.
  • Strategy & Planning: Development of corporate alignment frameworks, operational planning processes, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Performance Insights: Aggregating and analysing financial and operational data to enable value creation.
  • Advanced Analytics: Deliver manual insights and advanced analytics solutions (via descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive) powered by machine learning and AI to drive innovation and digital transformation across GBS.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying systemic pain points and opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver monthly Insights Pack that combines descriptive trends with clear prescriptive recommendations, prioritised by impact, owner, and timeline.
  • Quantify options and trade-offs (cost, SLA, risk, capacity) using lightweight scenario models; explicitly state assumptions, sensitivity, and expected outcomes.
  • Stitch and reconcile multi-source data (BOS, L5–L4 KPIs, GRC/controls, Signavio, HR, Finance CAPEX/OPEX) with robust checks, document lineage, definitions, and caveats.
  • Maintain a Decision & Outcome Log to track adoption, implementation status, and realised benefits (e.g., cost avoided, SLA uplift, risk reduced);
  • Surface the ‘few things that matter’ via pareto analysis and trend detection—highlight bottlenecks, failure modes, and the top 3 actions with the biggest effect.

About You

  • Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and seeing them adopted, especially under time pressure or with incomplete data.
  • Working in an environment where data was fragmented or inconsistent, requiring structured thinking, assumption management, and clear communication of caveats.
  • Leading or contributing to initiatives that required collaboration across Finance, HR, Operations, Risk, and Digital teams to produce a unified view or recommendation.
  • Translating complex analytics into concise, visual stories for leadership forums—especially when stakes were high (e.g., cost, risk, compliance).
  • Experience framing options with quantified impacts (cost, SLA, risk) and guiding stakeholders through decision-making under constraints.
  • Taking responsibility for the full cycle: data gathering, analysis, recommendation, and tracking outcomes—rather than just producing reports.
  • Identifying a material data problem, quantifying its impact, and driving resolution with data owners while maintaining delivery commitments.
  • Contributing to projects that moved manual processes toward automation or improved data infrastructure (e.g., BI tools, Snowflake, process intelligence).
  • Delivering insights for decisions tied to financial performance, regulatory compliance, or strategic priorities—where accuracy and clarity were non-negotiable.
