About the Role


Our Enterprise Mining Probabilistics (EMP) team are seeking a Specialist Operational Scheduler CPPM to join a new, dynamic, growing team! In this operations-orientated position, you’ll create and maintain a deterministic 90-day enabling activity schedule that directly links planned tasks to daily operational priorities (24-hour plan). You’ll collaborate with mine planners, maintenance, and broader support teams to ensure each workflow stage stays on track. This will enable you to transform mine planning objectives into clearly defined, actionable deliverables. 
  
  

Key Responsibilities:  

 

•    Develop and maintain an integrated 24-hour to 90-day schedule using CPPM methods, aligning all enabling tasks with established targets

•    Weave identified tasks into the schedule with precise, traceable inputs that match real-world operational constraints

•    Work with the Planner CPPM and Mine Planning teams to capture design concepts, identify high-priority tasks, and adjust weekly plans accordingly

•    Clearly outline task sequences, timings, resource allocations, and any schedule conflicts so teams can respond effectively

•    Prepare and distribute Return to Work Packs, Enabling Activity Summaries, and additional support materials to protect the schedule integrity

•    Operational planning experience, Comfort with translating concepts into short-term schedules that reflect real-world operational constraints, 
•    Reliability & variability reduction, Committed to refining processes to lower variability and enhance productivity. 
•    Leadership and initiative, Ability to identify potential improvements and implement solutions proactively. 
•    Analytical & critical thinking, Skilled in interpreting data, anticipating challenges, and communicating clear solutions, 
•    Safety and risk consciousness, Track record of fostering a safe work culture and making risk-informed decisions, 
•    Persuasive stakeholder engagement,Capable of building influence and driving consensus among diverse teams,
