About the Role
Reporting to the Organization Sustainability Lead, this role will contribute to the strategy and development of culture and capability frameworks & tools across BHP.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure efficient and professional delivery of administrative services to support Organizational Development & Analytics (OD&A) projects, tools and systems.
- Provide tracking visibility on critical data by providing statistics on deployment / completion progress and gaps in the form of a dashboard / completion trackers.
- Extract data across BHP systems (1SAP/LMS/EPS/Sharepoint) to produce required dashboard/ reports per agreed timeframes.
- Create clear and concise QRG / job guides / FAQ guides that will be utilized in support of the process.
- Provides expert advice and troubleshoot queries relating to Performance Calibration.
- Coordinate and plan communications between partners, vendors, and stakeholders via online channels and email.
- Manage and execute the activities in accordance with the assessment(s) / OD&A projects' deployment plans, processes and procedures including data extraction, coordinating reviews and providing information to internal or external vendors.
- Support the delivery of program improvements through monitoring, and executing improvements captured in the continuous improvement plans. Ability to work through feedback, innovation and teamwork and make recommendations to improve our strategy for culture measurement.
About You
- Certificate in Business studies or equivalent education required
- Experience in a relevant corporate environment within a multinational corporation will be highly desired
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in working with a case management system and/or SAP will be highly desired
- High computer literacy, including excellent spreadsheet/database skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed time management and change management skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- BHP Organization understanding would be advantageous
- Org development/ Org Psychologist background/ HR Background an advantage
