Key requirements of the role include:

  • Lead and execute end‑to‑end product adoption and change plans for new and existing productivity tools, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs
  • Design, deliver and continuously improve training, enablement and train‑the‑trainer programs, including workshops and group presentations for diverse audiences
  • Assess new tool features and releases, identify change impacts, and prepare readiness plans to support smooth transitions and minimise disruption
  • Actively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, enabling leaders to champion adoption and embed new ways of working within their teams
  • Build strong partnerships across Technology, Product and Operations, ensuring solutions are user‑centric and outcomes‑focused
  • Provide service management and user support, ensuring incidents, access requests and service issues are managed in line with ITSM practices and SLAs
  • Use data, insights and user feedback to measure adoption, identify barriers, assess sustainability of change, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a strong communication and storytelling capability, with confidence presenting to groups and facilitating sessions that influence and engage

Drive continuous improvement by staying informed of new capabilities and proactively planning their introduction across the organisation
