About the role

 

Performs document control and management of project information in support of the project team. 

 

  • Responsible for the registration, distribution, and disposition of project documentation in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
  • Explore and offer solutions to Document Control issues and challenges.
  •  Ensure project deliverables are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
  • ·Provide support, guidance, and governance to the External Contractors document control teams.
  • Monitors the proper usage of the project document, data or model management systems and related procedures.
  • Provide support and coaching on document management systems and processes 

 

About you

 

  • Professional qualifications related to information management/document control will be highly regarded.
  • Expert user in one or more electronic document management systems (Aconex mandatory)
  • Computer literacy Microsoft Office / Adobe / SmartPlant suite
  •  Attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and manage change with resilience.
