About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Specialists to join our Shanghai team and support our Global Marketing Teams. This exciting opportunity gives candidates the chance to shine on an international stage while working in a diversified environment. You will be a dynamic and customer-oriented individual with a strong commercial sense, team working skills, as well as experience in commodity of mining/resources is preferred.
Working Scope
- Plans and executes the order fulfilment processes for customers, in line with customer contractual terms
- Manages transportation and customer deliveries in line with agreed arrangements and procedures, including liaising closely with customers, vendors and shipping lines directly to ensure execution, including operational/logistic/credit issues solution (note role will be required to develop a good understanding of commodity and industry)
- Manages FOB vessel vetting aligned with established process and standards with external freight provider and if any issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
- Manages, including coordinating with Sales Operations and customers’ operation/freight team in execution of shipment planning (e.g. liaison on shipping schedule, laycans, and planned quality)
- Manages with customers’ operation/credit team to ensure that credit arrangements (letter of Credit issuance and other guarantees in place) and other contractual obligations fulfilled per BLD 14 before issuing authority to load/release to assets for loading
- Manages customer’s operation/commercial team requests related to contract execution (e.g. follow up on customer complaints status, etc.) by working closely with internal stakeholders for resolution (if any)
- Actively monitor and alert Marketing Principal on any potential credit overdue/non-performance for follow up
- Provides assistance to team members where required, cross sub-team and regional team .
- Leads projects, including simplification or improvement projects as required
About You
- Demonstrates and instils an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.

- Have the initiative, capability and achievements in learning new things and making continuous improvement.
- Have basic understanding of international trade, distribution, contract law, incoterms.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships, work with and influence a range of cross functional stakeholders.
- Relevant working experience in supply chain management, sales distribution or order fulfilment.

Experience with digitalisation and automation technologies is an advantage.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or similar ERP supply chain systems.
- Language: Fluent in English, both verbal and written
