About the Role
Work with the Partner Workforce Ready (WFR) team to conduct all candidate-facing engagement for the recruitment of candidates in the Philippines.
Operating Excellence
- Be the main BHP point of contact for the candidate and Partner WFR team, when engagement is required through the recruitment process
- Arrange and conduct candidate screening calls or interviews
- Manage pre-employment screening processes, prepare and extend offer letters to candidates, and facilitate their onboarding experience.
- Proactively engage with candidates in relation to support pre-emptive sourcing activities, or queries through the recruitment process
- Lead candidate-facing activities during Assessment Centers or other bulk recruitment activities
- Succinctly articulate BHP’s employee value proposition, differentiators, and organizational culture to effectively position BHP with candidates and in the market
Build Trustful Relationships
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure recruitment processes are effective and efficient
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and articulate performance achievements and challenges
- Build trust and effective working relationships with key stakeholders and engage in regular conversations to deeply understand stakeholder needs, goals and challenges

About You
- Relevant Talent Acquisition & Onboarding experience
- Experience managing end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience in working in a global environment and dealing with a wide range of stakeholders via phone or email is essential, preferably in a contact centre environment
- Candidate management to continue to on board candidates to BHP and present a professional image
- Experience in engaging, influencing, and achieving results by aligning stakeholders
- Proficient in interview questionnaires and techniques, good screening skills with high success rate and able to administer and interpret psychometric instruments
- Well-developed communication skills with ability to clearly explain issues and solutions verbally and in writing
- A collaborative mindset
- Exposure to candidate applicant tracking systems e.g., SuccessFactors
