About the Role


Purpose of this role is to lead a team focused on the management and delivery of maintenance execution activities of Villages, Housing and Airports whilst overseeing the compliance to the weekly work schedule, work instructions and defined processes to achieve optimal maintenance and operational outcomes.​

This position is based at Moranbah working Monday to Friday, offering flexible travel arrangements.

In this role you will:

 

  • Leads, coaches and mentor team members to ensure delivery against performance targets.​
  • Ensuring all teams follow our safety systems and procedures and coach and mentor all teams through appropriate field leadership​.
  • Delivering BOS principles with all teams and driving improvement in all areas​.
  • Monitor the application of maintenance execution processes within the team to support local and GLD compliance​.
  • Oversee and provide guidance to the execution of the weekly work schedule or shutdown schedules​.
  • Provide feedback to NPI Planning, Systems and Improvement on equipment capability assumptions​.
  • Ensuring shift teams provide adequate problem solving to drive plant reliability long term​.
  • Monitor costs and contribution to the Maintenance budget​.
  • Build business partnerships and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.​
  • Guide Supervisors in the weekly planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and commitment of resources to the work schedule.​
  • Act as Contractor Owner/Representative for contractors/vendors used within the Facility Maintenance environment​.
  • Risk Management – Risk and Control owner for the material risks identified within the I&S environment​.

About You


To be successful in the role, you will have strong background and experience in:
 

  • Facility Maintenance
  • Risk Management – Risk and Control Owner,
  • Contractor/Vendor Management processes
  • BMA Management of Change
  • HSEC leading an Event and/or Investigation


You will require to have:  
 

  • Relevant Degree
  • Qld Supervisor Statutory Training (Certification –S1, S2, S3, G2)
  • Risk Management (G3, G7)
