Acerca del Rol

 

Como Superintendente de Mantenimiento Área Húmeda, usted será responsable de liderar integralmente la estrategia y ejecución del mantenimiento de las áreas de Lixiviación, Extracción por Solventes (SX) y Electro Obtención (EW), asegurando la confiabilidad, disponibilidad e integridad de los activos, en línea con los objetivos de seguridad, producción, costos y sostenibilidad del negocio.
El rol tiene un foco clave en la planificación de mediano plazo, la gestión de paradas mayores, el control presupuestario, la ejecución de proyectos de mantenimiento, y el desarrollo de una cultura de alto desempeño, todo bajo el Modelo Operativo BOS.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

  • Liderar la Seguridad, Personas y Cultura.
  • Asegurar la Confiabilidad y Estrategia de Mantenimiento.
  • Garantizar la integridad de los activos críticos de Lixiviación, SX y EW mediante una ejecución disciplinada de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de análisis y mejora para optimizar planes de mantenimiento y reducir fallas recurrentes.
  • Liderar la Planificación de Mediano Plazo y Paradas Mayores.
  • Minimizar la interferencia operacional y maximizar la confiabilidad post-parada.
  • Gestión de Costos, Presupuesto y Proyectos.
  • Validar e implementar iniciativas de mejora continua en conjunto con áreas funcionales (Ingeniería, Abastecimiento, Confiabilidad, Operaciones).
  • Asegurar Ejecución y Coordinación Operacional.

 

Acerca de Ti

 

  • Título profesional de Ingeniería Civil Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia comprobable en plantas de Lixiviación, SX y EW.
  • Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo similares en mantenimiento de procesos.
  • Sólida experiencia en gestión de personas, liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios y contratistas.
  • Conocimiento en confiabilidad, planificación de mantenimiento, control presupuestario y gestión de proyectos.
  • Deseable nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Alta alineación con valores de seguridad, liderazgo visible y cultura BOS.
