About the Role


We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Execution Supervisor in the Ancillary workshop at Mining Area C. As a Supervisor you will have the opportunity to support and guide a talented team managing the safe and cost-effective maintenance on our Ancillary large fleet, in order to ensure availability, performance and integrity.  
 

Reporting to the Superintendent Ancillary Equipment Maintenance, your duties will include: 
 

•    Demonstrating and instilling an overriding commitment to health, safety & environment
•    Setting and clearly communicating targets and expectations
•    Overseeing, coaching, and mentoring employees to deliver on plan and build a high performing team
•    Managing the service and refuelling of all Mining Mobile Equipment Maintenance work
•    Supervise and manage the materials logistics team to achieve optimal parts availability and delivery
•    Ensuring the tooling and equipment required for maintenance work are in good working condition
•    Ensuring all work is completed and properly recorded in 1SAP/FIORI
•    Developing, communicating, and executing the Mining mobile Equipment Maintenance work plan
•    Assisting with the monitoring of all contractor work activities

 

About You

 

Ideally as our successful candidate you will have: 
 

•    Experience leading and mentoring teams and an ability to provide leadership and development of supervisory staff
•    Proven experience in a supervisory role in a mining environment eg maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment
•    Statutory 26 appointed person
•    Current full "C" class motor vehicle license is essential
•    Diploma in Frontline Management or formal leadership program advantageous
•    Working knowledge of WHS Act 2020 and WHS Regulations 2022
•    Systems knowledge of maintenance 1SAP/Fiori, Standardised work, Microsoft office and I-Auditor advanta
