About The Role

 

We’re building a workplace where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to lead. As a Dragline Supervisor at Saraji, you’ll guide a capable team, contribute to safe and efficient operations, and influence meaningful improvements across site. This is a role where strong communication, balanced decision making, and steady leadership are genuinely valued.


As the Dragline Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating day to day dragline operations. You’ll create a positive team culture where people feel safe, collaborate well, and deliver high quality work.
Your responsibilities will include:


•    Supervising dragline activities in line with safety, production, and environmental standards
•    Providing clear direction and coaching to operators, ensuring everyone feels supported to perform at their best
•    Working proactively with Maintenance, Production, and Planning teams to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient outcomes
•    Conducting pre start and shift change communication with clarity and consistency
•    Managing risks, reporting issues, and guiding the team through problem solving
•    Driving continuous improvement with a balanced, people centred mindset

About You

 

With current experience as a Dragline Supervisor, We are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful, steady leadership style and a genuine interest in developing and supporting people.
You will be a great fit if you have:


•    Experience in dragline or large scale equipment operations
•    A collaborative and inclusive leadership approach
•    Strong communication skills, with the confidence to guide teams and provide clear direction
•    A commitment to maintaining a respectful, psychologically safe, and safety first work environment
•    The ability to remain calm under pressure and make balanced, informed decisions
