About the Role

We are seeking an Autonomous Load and Haul Supervisor to lead a professional team committed to reducing workplace risk and contributing to a productive and healthy team culture. In this role you’ll manage the autonomous haulage truck fleet, excavation and bulk hauling of material. Ensuring a safe and inclusive workplace and optimising fleet performance to deliver on daily targets.  Reporting to the Mining Superintendent within the Mining Production Autonomy department at our Jimblebar mine, you’ll work an 8 days on 6 days off, 7 days on 7 days off roster.

About You

As the successful candidate, you’ll possess the following:
 

  • Previous experience leading and developing large teams, with focus on building a strong team culture and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Exposure to mining production operations
  • Experience with autonomous haulage systems an advantage
  • Working knowledge of the Mines Safety & Inspection Act & Regulations
  • HR class WA driver’s licence preferred but C class licence essential
