About the Role
We are currently seeking applications for a Mine Rehabilitation Supervisor to join our Jimblebar Site Support Team.
This role will be working on a fly-in fly-out basis from Perth, working 8 days on, 6 days off roster.
Jimblebar is an open -cut pit iron ore mine located 40 kilometres east of Newman, In the Pilbara region of Western Australia in the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli Traditional Owners.

About You
As the successful applicant you will possesses the following:
- Leadership Experience with the Mining Industry
- Contractor Management experience
- Experience with the operation of SME equipment.
- Execution and interpretation of Mine Plans
- Safety Leadership: A track record of championing safety initiatives, critical risk management, and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Collaborative Mindset: Interpersonal skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Manages contract execution and analysis to maximise operational and financial performance and mitigate exposure and risk.
- Monitors HSE compliance and applies appropriate standards to deliver effective land rehabilitation, remediation and mine closure projects across BHP.
- Monitors and manages execution performance to deliver projects in line with safety standards, requirements, budget and scope.
- Collaborates with peers to contribute to the delivery of outcomes and KPIs across the WAIO Rehabilitation and Closure team.
- Identifies and assesses risks, makes risk informed decisions, uses BHP's risk management framework and builds a risk aware culture to support safe and productive performance outcomes.
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
- Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
- Leads the delivery of trainee development activities and training outcomes.
- Supports training and assessment on equipment
