About the Role

Regional team administrator for Exploration. 

The role will provide administrative support to the 3 Australian-based Heads-of within the Global Exploration team:

  • Head of Global Generative Exploration (Perth based, primary accountability)
  • Head of Discovery (Melbourne based)
  • Head of Exploration Excellence and Innovation (Adelaide based)

 

The administrative support will include:

  • Calendar management 
  • Logistical support as required for onsite/offsite meetings
  • Assistance with raising Purchasing Requisitions and Purchase Orders and contracts.
  • Complex travel arrangements for the teams as directed
  • Assistance with monthly reporting
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Assistance with MOP/MIP creation and maintenance
  • Other duties as required by Head of Global Generative Exploration

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, communication, and task tracking
  • Experienced in Microsoft Teams for collaboration and virtual meetings
  • Knowledgeable in 1SAP for HR and transactional processes
  • Familiar with BHP systems and internal platforms for onboarding and operations
