We are seeking motivated and passionate candidates for the role of Technology Operations Specialist -Trainee, within the Olympic Dam Surface Technology Operations team.
As a Technology Operations Specialist - Trainee, you’ll step straight into the world of industrial technology — learning hands on skills, gaining nationally recognised qualifications, and working alongside experienced tech specialists at one of the world’s most unique mining operations.
These roles are offered on residential to Roxby Downs, DIDO from SA or FIFO from Adelaide, on a 7/7 D/S,N/S roster.
Two specialisations are available – Platforms and Networks and Control Systems. During this three-year traineeship, you’ll work toward a Certificate IV in Information Technology. You’ll also receive on the job training, vendor-specific courses, and exposure to real technology systems used across the Copper SA operations.
Rotation opportunities through other teams and sites within Copper SA Technology Operations is also available.
