About You

 

A natural propensity towards leading high performing and inclusive teams, grounded in coaching and mentoring in your current role will be highly regarded. The safety of your people and those around them will be a key priority. Having previous experience in a similar environment such as Mining, Heavy Industry or similar will help you adapt quickly to the complexities leading in a mining environment can bring.
