About the Role
Saraji Mine are seeking an experienced and motivated Work Management Coordinator, working a Monday- Friday on site and reporting into the Maintenance Superintendent you will;
• Join a supportive and inclusive maintenance team where collaboration and growth are at the heart of what we do.
• Coordinate maintenance work across Saraji Mine to help deliver reliable, safe and efficient operations every day.
• Partner closely with Supervisors, Planners and Engineering teams to plan, schedule and execute maintenance activities that keep our equipment performing at its best.
• Contribute your ideas to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, enhance team communication and reduce downtime.
• Enjoy working in an environment that values flexibility, teamwork and wellbeing, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge and leadership capability.
About You
You are someone who thrives in a supportive team and brings motivation and experience within the coal mining industry;
• You’re a strong organiser who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to busy environments.
• You thrive on teamwork and take pride in helping others succeed.
• Experienced in maintenance coordination, scheduling or planning—ideally within mining, heavy industry or a similar fast-paced setting.
• Confident using SAP or other maintenance systems, with a good understanding of how work management processes come together to deliver results.
• You care deeply about safety, inclusion and creating a workplace where everyone can bring their best selves.
• You’re curious, proactive and open to learning — someone who sees challenges as opportunities to make things better.
